Atlas printing
This is an overview introduction to secure pull-printing. It's for IT people and possibly project. We would like this to be a fun read with a real story-teller narration. Read it like your telling your friend a story instead of making a sales pitch.

Have you noticed that personal printers are being replaced by powerful workgroup MFPs? It’s a popular trend because it can reduce costs, while providing time-saving features that can benefit the whole office. But sharing sometimes creates problems, such as:

Keeping confidential documents private.

Tom, from HR, sends a performance review to a printer down the hall. But Tom's phone rings, and by the time he arrives at the printer, Debbie has accidentally picked up the confidential document along with his own prints.

And that leads to another problem:

The diminishing productivity caused by missing documents and reprints.

Tom’s document is not in the output bin. He's worried about the possible security breach.

With bigger things on his mind, he doesn’t hear Debbie call out: “Don’t anyone print, I’m making labels.”

The result? A performance review emblazoned on expensive labels, at least two upset employees, and:

Waste: wasted paper, wasted time, and wasted toner.

That's why they chose the LaserJet Enterprise M Six Thirty.
