Voice does not have to sound like him, just the same personality traits in the read style. This does not require an imitation of the voice.
Talent must be able to deliver clean audio.

A small town sheriff, mid 30s, who is shrewd, decent...very smart, can be sarcastic and likes to be seen and act as a small town sheriff since his best weapon is being underestimated.
