Project Main Details

American Latin female
This for part of an E-learning program for a single organisation.
You will be playing the part of a co-trainer so some ability to act is vital.
The style is talking to an educated, sophisticated audience of adults person-to-person so professional but not cold or unfriendly.
I know the fee is low but we will pay on PayPal straight away (no chasing money), the scripts is pretty easy and I'm nice to work with.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) was set up in 1989 to establish a universally agreed and non-negotiable set of children’s rights.
When they agreed to these rights, national governments committed themselves to protecting and ensuring children's rights and to hold themselves accountable for this commitment before the international community.
The CRC is a legally binding international instrument that sets out these rights in 54 Articles and two Optional Protocols.
The four foundational principles of the CRC reflect the Human Rights principles.
Human and child rights form the foundation of the human rights-based approach to programming (HRBAP).

The HRBAP provides a conceptual framework for the process of human development based on international human rights principles and standards and operationally directed to promoting and protecting human rights.

Let’s now think about the relationship between rights and duties.
The Human Rights-based Approach to Programming (HRBAP) emphasises the importance of the processes by which outcomes and impact for children and women are achieved. Participation, local ownership, capacity development and sustainability are essential characteristics of a high quality process.

Good programming practices which are essential for HRBAP are: people are recognized as key actors in their own development, rather than passive recipients of commodities and services; participation is both a means and a goal; strategies are empowering, not disempowering; both outcomes and processes are monitored and evaluated; programs aim to reduce disparity; and strategic partnerships are developed and sustained.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
