This is an internal training video for an Ice Cream Shop.

I would like it to be fun and light-hearted. Informative but loose.

Young Adult Male OR Middle Age Male
• Audio files must be delivered via email
• Deliver edited and finished voice tracks
The Voice Actor should have at least 5 years of experience in the voice industry.
The voice seeker is willing to hire either union or non-union talents for this project

Every customer gets a smile and a greeting. **********************

Some of your customers will be new to Abbott’s. They’ll need your help finding the product that’s right for them. Suggest your favorite or offer a sample. Know the menu and the specials and be prepared to talk about them.

Always repeat back a customer’s order before you begin making it.

Fill each order with speed and accuracy. And remember presentation is very important. Keep the edges of cups and dishes clean.

Don’t just serve custard, sell it. Try suggesting larger sizes, additional toppings or take home items.

Stay attentive to your customer until the very last. End every transaction with “Enjoy your Abbott’s!” Just as with the product, the appearance of the shop is everything. Always wipe down your countertop between every transaction, and put away items you’re no longer using.
