This is an important message from Tom Giannetti going to all Directors, Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents. The purpose of this message is to test the message broadcast capabilities of a telecommunications autodialer. This could be a message from our marketing department, our operations department or from our CEO Steve Carley. This message can be in both English and Spanish and played according to the preferred language selection by the recipient. For example, by simply pressing the number 2, the recipient could hear this message in Spanish.
The system can dial out to all 379 restaurants and has extensive reporting capabilities to determine who has listened to the message. We also have the option of having the store managers use the telephone key pad to conduct various surveys.
