Hi, I’m Matt. Transitioning from military Service to civilian life can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I’m here to guide you through this course.
In this course, you will learn about transitioning from military life to civilian life. You’ll learn about the six stages of transition, as well as the cultural stages of transition. There are various resources available to you. You will have an opportunity to schedule additional workshops as needed through your local ACAP Center. You’ll learn transitioning strategies to help you cope. You’ll also learn about mentoring, and how to access support services available to transitioning Service members and their families.
