A Quicker Way 
This is a 2 minute training film called "A Quicker Way" that attempts to persuade employees to use the online helpdesk ticket system at a corporation, instead of calling the I.T. techs on the phone. It is dry humor. John is the old school character that refuses to use the helpdesk and continues calling on the phone. The scenes with John in which the V.O. will be used, show him frustrated at his desk on the phone, and then finally running after a truck. In between John's scenes are people using the helpdesk system with no problems. The style of the V.O. is similar to the current Direct TV commercials - matter of fact, tongue in cheek style. I would like to duplicate that style/sound as much as possible.

John is still trying to contact his local Helpdesk. He’s becoming frustrated.

John is calling another Helpdesk Technician at a different site, but no one is answering. He is even more frustrated.

John is now frustrated even more. When you get frustrated even more, you consider a career in Truck Driving.
