caller: I'm having a problem with my bill?

Rep: Yes, what is the problem mam/sir? (sounding some what asleep and lazy)

caller: You sound tired.. (little chuckle)

rep: Mam/sir, what is the problem? (sounding nasty now)

Caller: I'm having a problem with my bill!!!

rep: You mentioned that mam/sir already! Now how can i help you? (Still nasty)


Fast forward to the ending of the call)


Caller: So you can please help me take care of that



rep: I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do for you (nasty again)


caller: Have a good day then!


rep: uh huh


they hang up and little/boy or girl runs in room (Need a kid posssibly)
Kid runs into room as mother/father burst out "What a supid rude b**** (bleep it)

Kid: Mommy, Mommy/Daddy, Daddy, what happened???

Mom/dad: David, I was speaking to a very rude person on the phone?

Kid: Mommy/Daddy, I thought it's not nice to be rude...

Mom/dad: It was a big mistake to talk to that **** (Bleep)

Mom/Dad: David always remember, learn from your mistakes or simply prevent them!

Kid: Ok, Mommy/Daddy, thanks for the advice! I love you!
