Introducing the Lock and Load materials mixing system. Designed to be built of high strength flexible synthetics, Lock and Load will increase productivity for many different trades within the construction industry.
Here's how:
Materials used in construction are routinely liquid activated and mixed at the jobsite. Mortars, grouts, concretes, cements and adhesives often come bagged in dry form and then mixed in a standard 5-gallon bucket.
The substance to be mixed is placed in the bucket, liquid is added and a hand held electric mixing device is then used to combine the liquid and dry substance.

The instability of the bucket also causes the mix to be improperly blended and waste occurs. This flawed mixing process can increase clean-up time due to splatter and overspill when the dry product and liquid are combined.
In most cases, the job is so messy that the products being mixed are combined away from the location where they will be used. The mixed product must then be transported to the site where it will be utilized.
Now, with Lock & Load the problem of small batch mixing becomes easier, cleaner and safer. Lock and Load secures the bucket for mixing and provides a safe and stable platform for the user. The extended mix shield prevents splatter and damage to surrounding areas.
