To manage you will get your own online e-shop which enables you to manage and change your trade stock as necessary

How website functions / Create your e-shop
1 Loading particulars of dealership on dealership page ( go to company information button), after loading particulars you are ready to publish and advertise your trade stock (go to add listings button), please note that only your trade vehicles will be displayed on the national trade stock e-mail.
2 National trade stock e-mail
a) Apply and register for national trade stock e-mail on the agent home page.
b) As soon as registration is accepted you will receive a daily e-mail on national trade stock availability.
3 Auction off vehicles
a) To the trade trade home page auction vehicle button please take note that this vehicle will not be added to your e-shop but will be displayed in the national auction web site - at no cost.
b) To the public public home page auction vehicle button please note that an extra charge of R 49 for 3 weeks is applicable when auctioning to the public.
c) How to auction register on the auction site, you will receive a password which enables you to auction off vehicles (you may change this password to your original password). Fill in the auction vehicle details and criteria (you have control over starting price, time and increments). As soon as you have registered vehicles on auction site the bidding may begin.
d) How to bid go to the auction site and register as a bidder (or alternatively use your auction password), then select vehicle and place your bid. You, as well as the previous bidder, will receive an e-mail, confirming your bid and notifying the previous bidder that he has been outbid – as soon as the time is up, the highest bidder as well as the dealership, will be notified and contact details will be released. There is a 24 hour period for collection and payment of the vehicle. Should this time frame expand the dealer may register for auction again. Please note a bidder is not obligated to take the vehicle if he is not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle. The dealer may request bid history should he wish to contact previous bidders.
4 Buy and sell trade stock choose vehicle from national trade stock e-mail by clicking on the vehicle to display more information (photos and contact details).
5 Receiving or giving a cover take care when listing a cover vehicle and make sure to indicate that a vehicle is not in stock and that a cover is needed.
6 Please take note that car2trade does not take responsibility for false information. Our site is an information website only and should be used as a tool for networking purposes.

Evaluation service in Cape Town and Gauteng (Johannesburg and Pretoria) areas, you can use the evaluation service and receive fifteen photos and a detailed description on the assessed car. Please note that this evaluation service is an information service and does not take responsibility for any false information or any other conditions or problems that may arise during evaluation. We will however give a fully professional detailed description of such a vehicle to a prospective buyer. The exterior and running condition will be assessed, please note that this is not a technical test.
