If you are being passed, you MUST yield the right-of-way to the passing vehicle, and you should not increase your speed until the vehicle has completely overtaken you!
Also, did you know that it is against the law to pass on the LEFT side of the road (going into oncoming traffic) within 100 feet of, or while traversing an INTERSECTION or RAILROAD crossing.
It is also against the law to pass ON EITHER SIDE OF THE ROAD within 100 feet of, or while traversing a BRIDGE, TUNNEL OR ABUTMENT.
And you better remember this fact, pardner…. Even if you have the green light, don't start across if there are cars blocking your way. It is against the law to enter an intersection, unless there is space to get completely across it. You can receive a citation if you block other traffic.
