We are looking for several voice talents to use for the creation of "voice-based" flash tutorials. We provide flash-based tutorials for the web hosting industry, and are about to offer "voice versions" of these tutorials. Currently we have over 500 tutorials that each run anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes in length, and over time, we want to put 1 or more voices to all of them. But to start, we want to offer the ability for our customers to "choose a voice" to put in their tutorials. We will then produce their custom "voice" tutorials. To do this, we need a selection of different voices that our customers can choose from. I would like to see male AND female choices for all of the following accents: North American, UK, Australian and French-Canadian (in english, but with a Quebec accent). That's 4 accents X 2 genders X 2 choices each = 16 different voice talents. I want to put a short MP3 clip of all 16 choices on our website, so customers can choose the voice they want. Then when we get an order, we'll order the voice work from the specific talent chosen. So here's what I need from you! Two things: 1) a quote for a typical job that would be 300 words broken down into 25 different MP3 files (I need the various clips separated for proper insertion into the videos). Tell me how much this would cost, and what your typical turn-around time would be. 2) a quote to produce the following short script: "Hi! My name is ?????, and you can choose me to be the voice in your flash tutorials". If you are chosen to be in our list of talents customers can choose from, I will need this sample clip for insertion in our website, and will need it very quickly. Hopefully your quote for this short clip is not much more than free :) It will be the springboard to possible future work from us, as our customers choose your voice for their tutorials.
