We are open to either a male or female voice. This is a non-broadcast, educational project for museum exhibition at a single location. The budget is limited, so your flexibility is greatly appreciated.

#3: Touch and drag each piece of the turtle shell to find how they connect together. Use the brush to clean off the dirt and clay. The magnifying glass may reveal helpful patterns.
#4: For helpful information, check your notebook, or hear from an expert on the “Dig Deeper” video player.
#5: This rough sketch shows how the pieces were positioned in the ground in relation to each other. This articulation may suggest which pieces fit together.
#6: Excellent job! It’s a beautiful specimen. This turtle shell from the Miocene period looks very much like the shell of a painted turtle today.
