• Mike has already tried to sell the house himself, but the few ads he ran in the local newspaper produced no buyers at all. (highlight Mike)
• Agent Smith has spent over $4000 in advertising and conducted 5 open houses. Because the home is located outside of town, buyers were unable to find the open house signs he put out on street corners. (highlight the stack of publications and papers)
• Mike has had to reduce his selling price, AGAIN, costing him tens of thousands of dollars. (highlight the reductions signs)
• Lets watch and see what would have happen if Agent Smith would have simply posted Mike’s home on ourcompany.com
(End speak)
(Flash/No voice over)
• Gust of wind blows & a coconut falls on the computer. We then zoom in on the screen spelling out the domain. Once spelled out it then shrinks back down to normal size.
• Cue Calvary/Rescue music and have the ship roll in running up on the edge of the shore.
• Once it comes ashore, the island shakes making the open house sign fall into the water and up comes the SOLD sign.
• The people on the boat start jumping up and down, money stacks get thrown at Agent Smith, and the angry agent becomes happy agent.
