I am the project director of a small team of developers working on an episodic interactive sitcom (or some might call it an adventure game). Our game is called The Exchange Student and you can find more information about it in the official webpage: www.theexchangestudent.com
The story of The Exchange Student follows Emilio Carboni, a 22 y.o. Italian student who has never had a girlfriend in his entire life. His friend Vicenzo just came back from an exchange program in Sweden. Vicenzo was really satisfied with the program since he met a lot of very attractive ladies during his stay in Sweden. Emilio decides to follow his friend's path. He travels to Sweden to spend a semester there, studying in a city of Sweden called Västerås. Fate however is not so kind with our 'hero'. The game follows the events taking place from the moment that Emilio leaves his house in Italy until he completes his exchange program and returns home.
To give you an idea of what the game will be like, you can think of it as something like Johny Bravo (the cartoon), That 70s Show (the TV series) or Leisure Suit Larry (the game).
We are currently looking for some voice actors to join our team. We have a very tight budget for the first episode and close deadlines since we plan for a May release. On the positive side though, most of these characters don't have many lines for the first episode (for example the character Laura only has 7 lines and the character Vicenzo 4 in the first episode) and if the first episode sells as we hope it will, then we will be able to provide voice actors with much better salaries than in the first episode. This IS a paid position but we have a budget of 500 Euros for all the voice-overs of the first episode.
You should be able to send your recordings via email in ogg format. The characters that you can audition for are not native English/American so we are looking for people who either have an accent naturally or for people who can fake an accent. These are the characters you can audition for:

Looks: Short, a little bit overweight, wavy dark hair, dark eyes, big cheeks
Description: Laura loves her son very much and she always treats Emilio like a baby
Name: Vicenzo Donadoni
Age: 23
Nationality: Italian
Looks: Tall, dark long hair, dark skin, green eyes, quite trained body, short nose, wide lips, dresses in a very trendy way, with jeans and a shirt usually.
Description: Vicenzo is very attractive and he is very successful with girls. Not the most loyal kind of guys you could find, he likes to flirt a lot. He has been friends with Emilio since they were both very young.
Name: Frida Lindgren
Age: 28
Nationality: Swedish
Looks: She is thin, middle height, blonde hair, a very beautiful clear-cut face, short nose, green eyes
Description: Frida is not so much involved with the rest of the corridor. She has a boyfriend in a city close by and she is often away from her room to visit him. She is quiet and she keeps a lot to herself. Some people might consider her even a snob due to the fact that she does not speak much to anybody in the corridor.

Age: 25
Nationality: Swedish
Looks: Short, fat, very white, red straight hair (middle length), wears glasses
Description: Sarah is a very annoying kind of person, she is always way too serious and she is very law-abiding to the point of being annoying.

Age: 23
Nationality: Spanish
Looks: Tall, brown hair, green eyes, big head, thin, fair skin wears usually cheap clothes, a pair of jeans, old shoes and a very normal top.
Description: He is best friend with Pedro. He comes from a city outside Madrid that no one ever remembers so he doesn’t bother telling anyone the name of his city. He drinks all the time and he’s always hitting on girls. He doesn’t care if he succeeds or not, all he cares about are his points! Studies is an unknown word to him
Name: Pedro Gonzales
Age: 24
Nationality: Spanish
Looks: Shorter than Miguel, he has brown hair but he dies it blonde, he also wear similar clothes to Miguel, he has brown eyes, a big nose (pointing downwards) and he usually smiles a lot.
Description: He is best friend with Miguel and like his friend he also drinks and takes part in the point championship. He comes from Barcelona.
Name: Michele Venoit
Age: 23
Nationality: French
Looks: She is thin, middle to short height, dark long wavy hair, she wears simple clothes, brown eyes
Description: Michele is from France. She is not very hot but not ugly either, she is kind of simple in the way she dresses. But she is a very funny girl, she is always on an upbeat mood, although she has a French temperament from time to time.
Name: Jonas Larsson
Age: 23
Nationality: Swedish
Looks: Blonde short curly hair, blue eyes, 1.83 tall, thin, athletic body but more defined than big, fair skin
Description: Jonas is a guy from the south part of Sweden. People from the north part of Sweden make fun of people from the south of Sweden, because they speak with a funny accent. He drinks quite a lot and he is quite naïve and gullible, he will practically believe everything people tell him. He has some problems with the English language and he always says ‘I don’t get it’.
