Each year perspective customers, current customers, agents and brokers visit our 44 Claim Offices across the United States to better understand how we manage claims and to meet our people.
We encourage and welcome these visits because we are extremely proud of our claim service and most of all proud of our people. Claim Office tours provide us an opportunity to introduce our people, discuss their responsibilities, answer your questions, and to generally explain how we get the claim results we’re so proud of.
We know not everyone who may want to take a tour may be able to do so. Time and distance can be hurdles. This Virtual Tour attempts to present a simple alternative. This Virtual Tour closely follows what you would see and hear on a physical tour. We’ve tried to anticipate the questions that people normally ask. And by presenting this information by walking through our Orlando, Fl Claim Office, we’re trying to mimic the experience you would have taking an on site tour at any of the St Paul Travelers claim centers.
That said, we hope you will still visit one of our claim offices in the future. No virtual tour can really substitute for meeting the people you will be dealing with locally, and taking the opportunity to ask the questions of them that you have.

The Orlando claim and medical experts will describe how they manage claims pursuant to the Florida Workers Compensation statue and they will outline the specific State of Florida results they were able to produce by working with their local customers.
What you will see in the Orlando Claim Center is representative of the same claim service our company provides across the United States in the various workers compensation jurisdictions.
