The spot would include 2 distinct voiceovers:
One would be a scripted commentary of some action happening on the track that will get effected to sound a little fuzzy.
The second is the "sell" part of the spot with location, date and ticket info.
Please let me know if you are available to record this on Tuesday and how much you charge. Also, let me know if you have the equipment to record and send us an electronic file.
