The scratch track is straight-forward but for the final I envision a slow, deliberate read that conveys a very caring yet authoritative tone. We'll finesse the read to match the picture edit so don't worry about doing too much editing other than picking the choice segments for each line of dialogue and stringing them in order. But don't worry about tightening them -- so we'll have the flexibility to pull them apart and create new pause, etc.
Another important note: we're looking for a Mexican dialect because it will play on Dallas local TV to a demographic mainly of Mexican descent.
