Casting due Wednesday, April 19th, 2006 by 5:30 p.m. (Central Standard Time)
Must live near ISDN studio...no need to have one, just have access to one. We will take care of scheduling.
Must do a READ of the script provided...NO DEMOS will be considered.
UNION Talent only unless they are from TEXAS or FLORIDA...for only those two states it can be Union or Non-union talent. Talent needs to be UNION talent in good standing. But we can also include the right to work states.
Attached is the “Wakal” :60 Acculturated script. The word “Inconfundible” is a SPANISH word and needs to be read in SPANISH. (It means “unmistakeable” in English.) Their audience is an Acculturated Hispanic audience.
CASTING SPECS:
Following are casting specs and direction for the talent:
* Male English VO speakers with a Hispanic accent
* Young - age range of 23-28 years old
* Hip, cool DJ feel
* Excited – like they were spinning at a club and trying to hype up the audience and get them going. Deliver the lines in an excited tone all the way through but NOT over the top!!
* Have lots of good energy
* Deliver as if they are introducing a new product
* Absolutely NO announcer sounding deliveries!!
