Project Main Details
Information Videos wants to enter into a vendor agreement with a local business telephone equipment company, to produce all of their message-on-hold recordings in English or Spanish for their clients. We already have the male and female American English voice talent, and the female Spanish talent selected.
SEEKING:
+ An adult male speaking fluent Spanish.
++ Voice-only recordings by talent will typically be 3 to 5 minutes total length each.
+++ Scripts will be written in Spanish.
++++ The per-recording budget is capped at $125 each, due the competitive pricing in our target market.
+++++ Talent selection will be based first upon voice quality and then the per-recording price.
++++++ Scripts and the audio files will be emailed back and forth.
+++++++Talent will be paid by company check for each recording, when they are made.

> Our message-on-hold clients will purchase a set of 4 DIFFERENT RECORDINGS made at specific intervals in one calendar year. (January, April, July and October for Christmas.)
>> Because clients will pay for all 4 recordings in advance, THE PRICE YOU QUOTE MUST NOT INCREASE for the remaining sessions, FOR THAT SPECIFIC CLIENT.
>>> Only one talent will be selected for all Spanish adult male recordings.
>>>> So, in January, April, July and October, all client requests for Spanish adult male recordings will be made all at the same time.
AUDITIONING:
+ Provide a demo of your talented voice.
++ If selected for this project, you will need to provide a demo to be played for our potential clients. A script for that demo will be provided.
