Hi, this is Kim. The Company is going to remodel its offices, and it’s my job to get bids on the construction job. I used to be a building contractor, and I know just who I want to do the work— McDowell & Sons. I worked with them years ago and they’re great. To give Old Man McDowell a helpful nudge, I thought I’d send him an e-mail with some tips on how to bid the job. Is this an okay thing to do?
