Cell Phone Rep: "Thanks for calling Dart Wireless, my name is Diane (if male, change name to Steve). How can I help you today?"
Customer: "Hi, I'm having a problem with my bill, can you please help me take care of it?"
Cell Phone Rep: "Ok, let me see what I can do for you. Can I please get your number so I can pull up your account?
Flash forward to the end of the conversation with some random related things (here and there) going back and forth with the Rep ending off:
"I'm sorry (Mam or Sir, whoever it will be) There is nothing I can do for you!... (short pause) Thank you for calling Dart wireless and you have yourself a great day!"
Customer hangs up loudly and with a groaning voice, mumbles" Always a problem with my bill! These guys need to be taught a lesson!!!
