This recording is part of a phone tree for a computer support company in
Kalamazoo, Michigan. The entire script contains 273 words and has a read time
between 100 and 120 seconds.
Callers to this company are typically experiencing computer troubles and may be
impatient or stressed. The prompts should be read with a pleasant, reassuring
tone at a conversational pace - neither hurried to make callers feel rushed nor
slow to make callers grow impatient.

This script does not need to be broken into smaller files. For your recording
convenince it can be split up in any fashion you like: in can be recorded as
one long spot or, if re-takes are necessary, can be broken into smaller files
wherever convenient for you. The client is comfortable editing the audio files
and will not have a problem splitting or patching any files provided.

If you choose not to break this script into intdividual files, be sure
to include a brief pause between menu options. Don't worry about the
length of the pause, as it can be digitally edited by the client, just be
careful not to carry over sounds from the end of one menu option into the
beginnig of the next menu option.

The preferred audio format is gsm, but wav and mp3 may also be used.
