Mister A is a successful man all the way: he travels around the World; he gets things done his own way all the time and is not willing to hold back anything in order to reach his goals. His wife, Mrs. A, is pretty much used to this kind of lifestyle and has just set her eyes on a wonderful property in Realville, Mexico.
Now, our second subject, Mister B is also a successful man: he also travels around the World, he also gets things done his own way, unlike Mister A, Mister B knows better what to do and [emphasis] HOW to do it. He is quite well informed on the latest technologies and is aware of the most up-to-date gadgets and business related news. His wife, of course, Mrs. B, wants a new property too. [Emphasis] HE will get it by using this knowledge. Let’s see.

It is a fine normal day at the city of Realville. Its residents go by minding their own business but things seem a bit different for our friends.
Mister A is decided to approach the dilemma by going straight to its source: the City Hall, the spring of all procedures in modern society. In this place, we can get all kinds of things done: pay our taxes, legalize our stay, and many other things. Among these, we find Real Estate property acquisition.
But, I am not here to tell You about the things that happen, but the issues you usually find in these places when buying a new home AS a foreigner. Let’s imagine for a second that YOU are Mr. A. How many of the following problems have you faced?
Fictional fact A: You are about to attain a brand new property in Realville, Mexico but you are given a contract to which you just DON´T understand a single word!

Now, let’s move onto fictional fact B: After you reach the City Hall and find the proper Notary window, you see a rather long line of people. 30 minutes later, in front of the counter, you realize you have to go join yet another line to fill your form [which was written in spanish, of course]. Been there too, eh? Ok, let’s call the following imaginary fact B-2: Even after two lines of people, an hour and a half later and a good lot of patience lost in the meantime, bureaucratic destiny has yet another surprise for you under its sleeve: Another line to give your filled form.

Hey! I am not done yet but it seems you’ve been there also. Needless to say, you know even weeping is not enough to make up for that.
