We are launching a new service for Realtors. The service is called "The 5 X 5 Marketing Plan". We market the neighbors next door and across the street for a total of 5 homes and we convey the following 5 points to the neighbors who are home at the time:
1. We tell them the Realtors name
2. We tell them the Realtors Company’s name
3. We inform them of the property that was “Just Listed” by the Realtor.
4. We give the neighbor the Realtors contact information or the Flyer for the property.
5. We entice the neighbor to call the Realtor with their real estate needs.
The voice talent may use the following script or they may use their own artistic freedom to convey the above bullet points (and the mention of the ability to email from the car) using their own sales techniques, verbiage, conversation flow, music, or script. This recording will be used to sell this service to the Realtors on our website.

Here’s the flyer for the property {paper shuffling} it has John's number on it if you have any questions or concerns. Or, if you know anyone who might be interested in purchasing the home give John a call. As you can tell John’s very good at what he does, so hang on to his number.”
Homeowner: “I certainly will, as a matter of fact my brother is looking to move in this neighborhood. I'm gonna call my brother right now and give him John’s number.”
Our Delivery Person: “Great! He'll be looking forward to hearing from him. Can I get your phone number so John can call you to thank you for the referral?”
Homeowner: “Absolutely. It's 555-1234!”
Our Delivery Person: “I will email John your phone number as soon as I get back to my car.
