Project Main Details
Synopsis:
The presentation gives an overview of a new service/product aimed for the legal community. The service replaces the traditional method of hand-signing documents, in person, mailing them and archiving their records, with a new, court-recognized instant digital signature product over the internet.
Project:
We have a series of approximately 15 paragraphs, amounting to roughly 4 minutes.
Deliverables:
We prefer high-quality WAV or MP3 files, each paragraph as its own file. We can cut one continuous track into paragraphs ourselves if it means huge savings. We will need deliverables within 3-4 business days after we inform you that you have been chosen.
Voiceover Artist
Needs to have confident, adult/professional tone. Remember that this is aimed at the legal community, so it needs to be appropriate and show some degree of traditionalism. Artist can show some minimal excitement about the new digital product and little frustration with the "old traditional way of hand-signing documents".
Budget: Make an offer. This is a sales presentation, not a corporate video or commercial so the budget is not very high, but we will judge offer based on performance first.

When the originating attorney gets the countersigned documents they must file them and retain the originals.
The existing process is time consuming and delivery is prone to delays, it’s labor intensive involving both attorney and staff to complete the process. The costs of shipping, paper and storage are high and continuously increasing. The law requires that originals be retained and stored adding to overhead costs.
