Those jobs left for humans increasingly require creativity, synthesis, artistry, imagination, and collaboration. Yet, workplaces are full of people who have negative or uncreative attitudes. This causes breakdowns in productivity, workplace relationships, and business growth. The good news is that the brain is plastic. Organizations around the world have to re-create themselves over and over again—just to stay competitive. The only way to do that is to create a workplace culture where people know how to be innovative, where they see possibilities. Carla Rieger has developed a number of powerful and deceptively simple tools that people choose a new state of being--one that will optimize their full effectiveness on the job.
