This will run in Southern West Virginia and Southwestern Virginia (Bluefield-Beckley DMA).
I would prefer a female voice, as this is for a shopping mall for the Christmas season.
I have been given a total production/media buy budget. The buy of course will depend on how much the production costs. I do need a :60 for radio and :30 for TV.
I would like to keep it around $200-$250. Obviously lower than that would be even better.
