The audio is to be used as an announcer to an intergalactic academic competition
Any gender, proffered male oldie 50's newsreel style / sound (when news were presented in a theater). Must be fluent Spanish speaker; prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) English to communicate with director and crew - Spanish for the voice / talent.

Genero masculino o femenino, en un estilo de sonido antiguo (1940-1950), como los cuando las noticias eran presentadas en un teatro.
