Any age voice over actor is fine. Non union job. 350.00 dollar budget for VO. You can record the audio with me listening over the phone for some direction. An ISDN line is not nessecary. This should take less then 1/2 hour to record. The audio can be emailed to us. Thank you for your interest in assisting in this project.
