SCENE 2 – FLY AROUND HOTEL / SHOPPES / ROOFTOP
VO: The crown jewel of 31 Ocean will be the incredible new 300-room Hilton Resort and Conference Center, home to relaxed luxury, impeccable full service and amenities, and sweeping ocean views. From fashionable ground-level boutique shoppes for guests and discriminating locals to a breathtaking rooftop infinity pool, this grand hotel will help make 31ocean a true destination unto itself.
