I will need the voice file sent via email to the person who is designing my website. The voice needs to have a deep monotone voice. The candidate must be able to emulate the voice of GOD.

I hope you're able to envision the mood of this scene. I am new to this so I don't know how much one would normally pays for a voice over. I hope I can find a good deal!

Script Notes: Project description: A young woman walks through the middle of the sea. It's dark outside. She looks from left to right. she shudders from the cold and because she feels afraid and alone. As she slowly walks through the water the voice of GOD is heard.
GOD SPEAKS: When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown!
She continues to walk as she comes face to face to the viewer. The hand of GOD appears behind her. His hand slowly descends from the cloud and rests upon her head.
GOD SPEAKS: FEAR NOT, ONLY BELIEVE
