Looking for someone to do about 5 minutes of voice over for education reform video. Not looking for anything too salesy. NPR type is good...just not contrived. Here are the 1st 30 seconds of the 5 minute script in case you want to send me an mp3 or wav file. Also, what would be your fee to do this for us? Thank you.

YesN/A The Alternative High School Initiative is a network of youth development organizations committed to inspiring and assisting communities in providing all students—regardless of their race, socio-economic status or learning styles—with rigorous educational experiences culminating in the opportunity to receive high school diplomas and attend college.
The Initiative was launched in 2003 by The Big Picture Company and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as a response to the growing national trend of diminishing graduation rates, affecting this country’s low income, African American and Latino youth.
