She is an American bluesy A/C singer who passed away and her songs are finally being released.
Our budget maxes out at $150 US.
This spot will air in Canada and the US in very limited markets - the buy is not in place and we do not have access to the media information at this time.
We are seeking a sensitve sounding female voice - mature but not too "seasoned."
