this voice-over is to be considered as a radio spot would in term of 'energy' and 'speed'. it's gonna be illustrated by a macromedia flash movie with flying pictures illustrating the spoken text and some background music loop. it's for a website i'm building. i'm a bit tight budget-wise, so please do your best offer !
