That bodybuilding isn't just about men and teen boys who want big muscles. Bodybuilding when it comes to the beginning bodybuilding and fitness is anything you want it to be. If your goal is to be fit. Fine. Or lose fat. Great. Or whatever. The idea is to be intense not Richard Simmons like or Arnold where people get the impression isn't targeted towards one type. Even people who have worked out for years without results could easily benefit from this. It's fitness information at it's best but there's specifc info for making the most of your workout as well and not just getting in a mild level of shape. Please send demo
