I am an authorized retailer for Dish Network. I would like the below message (female or male doesn't matter) said in a lively voice with some music in the background. I don't want the music to be overbearing but "blockbuster movie" type to go with the TV theme. I'll leave it to you pros to see what fits best.
My budget is flexible but I know that such a project should not cost more than $90-$120 and price will be something that will determine whome I choose. Oops, alsmost forgot to mention how it will be used...voice broadcast.
