5 minute Local United Way Campaign Video
Most of video is made up of interviews.
Narrator ties them together.
Voice Type: Male 35-60, Caring, Trustworthy, Believable
Finished format will be will be AIFF for FCP editing. I can take an MP3 and convert that. Email delivery is good.
It's a non-profit and I'm on the Board, so we're trying to find the best voice at the best price. Over the past 15 years we've paid from $0 to $250. This year is a little tight due to the current fundraising market.

Script Details
Opens with Suicide drama.
Then Narrator segues to volunteer:
"Last year, the local Samaritans office received over 16,000 calls for help. And because of your donation someone was there to answer."
Volunteer on camera.
Then narrator wraps up that section and introduces another:
"The Samaritans is just one of the 28 partner agencies the United Way of Greater New Bedford assisted last year. Assistance made possible by you, people who donate locally, so your dollars stay within the community, helping those less fortunate.
Our mission is to increase the organized capacity of people living in our area to care for one another.
Our priority areas are:
Health Care,
People with Disabilities,
Hungry and Homeless,
Abuse, Neglect and Violence,
Elderly,
and Families and Youth."
Then an after school tutoring segment happens.
Narrator then comes back to segue into next segment:
"Last year 1 in 4 four people in Greater New Bedford were assisted by one of United Way’s partner agencies.
XXX families received disaster relief from the Red Cross.
XXX children’s lives were enriched by the Big Brother/Big Sister program.
Over 5,500 children in need attended camp or a structured, after school program.
And 332,000 meals were provided by emergency feeding programs.
Your donations help the United Way do this, and so much more.
'Job Paths' is an employment services program of the Nemasket Group. Its goal is to assist persons with more significant disabilities obtain employment and be included in typical community life. Last year your donations helped provide transportation for the 95 program participants, over half of which earned above minimum wage."
