Project Main Details
When someone selects option 1, they will hear a brief introduction to the section and then a series of customer testimonials (those will be recorded by our customers). Option 2 and 3 will be similar.
Option 4 will give our current specials.
Option 5 will give our contact information.
Option 7 will give some copy describing to our customers how to leave a message.
Option 8 will be a recording of all of the different options that we have.
Part of the script (what people will first hear when they call in):
We are a plumbing, heating & cooling, bath & kitchen remodeling company. Been around for 50+ years and work in a very affluent area. We want the recordings to be very down to earth and personal.
Not sure if music would be good for the background on some parts...hopefully the description above will give you an idea of what we are aiming to do.
-Audio will be used on our phone system.
-We are leaning towards using a female voice, but may have a male do it. Down to earth sound….very personable, friendly, yet professional.
-Script is pretty much written. We have never done anything like this before, so not sure where the cost range will fall. Looking for quality work at a competitive price. Trying to keep our costs down on this project.
-Audio can be recorded as a WAV file.
-Audio can be delivered via e-mail.
Also keep in mind that we may be interested in recordings for on-hold messages (have this on a separate system then this testimonials hotline), and potential future work from updating our Current Specials option, and possible recordings for our web site.
