Project Main Details
We are contacting you today concerning the upcoming RSNA Conference at the McCormick Place in Chicago. We are looking for two narrators who can present Kajima Corporation's medical products to visitors. The conference will be from Sunday, 26 November, through Thursady, 1 December. we would like to know if you are availavle on above dates.
We will provide the script that you will read and rehearse the day before the conference. The schedule is still tentative, but will be around 9am to 5pm with one hour break, and you will have 10-minute presentation for ten times per day.
Please let us know if you are available and give us the rate. I appreciate for the assistance.
