Spike - male child, excited voice, somewhat quick tempo (example may be Dash in "The Incredibles")
Joy - young girl, voice should be a bit slower and occasionally pouty
Therapist - female preferred, encouraging with firmness (age 25-30, no teen sounds)
Gabriel - young male - intellectual and excited, perhaps with a bit deeper voice
Audio will be used in website animation, prefer in .mpg format. Audio should be submitted as such in a final format to be downloaded or mailed.
We are price conscious and do not have a concrete budget. Union status is not relevant.
Story Board
When Spike, 10, talks he is excited and seeming to go a mile a minute, often switching gears in conversation without transition. Spike wants to please, is very motivated by rewards and enjoys being with others.
Gabriel, 8, is very articulate and really smart. He is a writer and loves writing poetry. He takes him time with his work and encourages others to do their best.
Joy, 5, is very friendly – she uses her rapidly developing sense of humor to take others off guard and distract them from the things she cannot do yet. She likes to play with toys.

Full script for pricing:
Scene One – Arrival at the Clubhouse
Spike approaches the front entrance and walks into the waiting area.
Spike: [to the camera] Cool, we’re at the Clubhouse!
Spike enters the waiting room.
Spike: [to the camera] Mom brings me here to play with my therapist. [changes thoughts] I’m trying hard because if I make lots of progress, mom says she’ll let me take guitar lessons. [Spike pauses for rock music and a little air guitar action]. I’m going to be a rock star!
Scene Two – Blue Dog Room (Therapy Room)
Spike approaches a therapy room where a therapist is working with Gabriel.
Spike: Cool. It’s Gabriel. Hey, what are you guys doing?
Gabriel: I’m writing cursive today. We’re playing a game and I get a prize if I write all the sentences correctly.
Spike: Are you going to climb on the wall today? I am supposed to run an obstacle course today. Do you want to do it too?
Gabriel: I’d love to, Spike. But I need to finish writing this poem about coming to the Clubhouse…and get a prize on my way out! [he smiles]
Spike: Okay, see you in a few, Gabriel!
Scene Three – Swing Room
Spike is on his way to the rock climbing wall when he runs into Joy on the swings.
Spike: Hi Joy!
Joy: Hi Spikey! [Joy makes eyes at him – joking expression]
Spike: Stop calling me Spikey [jokingly]
Spike: My therapist is putting together an obstacle course. If I get through it to the top of the climbing wall, I’ll get a prize.
Spike: [smiles] I have to go now.
As Spike moves out of the room, [2-3 seconds pass]
Joy: [is heard saying] I want a prize.
Spike enters the clubhouse room. Joy rides by on big wheel (David to confirm this)?
Therapist: [voice heard off camera from behind] Alright my friend, I made it tough today, but I know you can do it.
Scene Four – Rock Climbing Wall and Clubhouse Area
Spike turns around to see the obstacle course set up.
Spike: This is so cool!
Therapist: [off camera] Are you ready to get started?
Spike: Yes, I really want that prize.
Therapist: [camera still on Spike] You are doing great and I am very proud of you. Okay, Spike…just like last week…
Spike: I know …
Therapist: Up the ladder to the clubhouse, down into the balls and then through the ball pit. Put three different colored balls in the bag, run around the cones and up the climbing wall…from the right side to the left side.
Therapist: [off camera] Are you ready?
Spike: [laughing] I was born ready!
[Spike begins obstacle course and breezes through]
As Spike moves through the course, you can hear his thoughts…
Spike: Up the ladder
Into the balls
Through the balls
And yellow…blue…green…got it
Around the cones
Up the right side
Over to the left
Almost there…Alright!
[Spike reaches the top and joyfully drops to the mat below. Spike is beaming].
Therapist: [from behind] Wow! That was great. I never had a doubt, Spike. I guess you’ve earned yourself that prize.
[Spike standing in front of the wall]
Spike: This is awesome. I can’t wait to tell my mom and dad!
You will see a depiction of the prize vending machine and Spike getting his prize.
[Spike and the illustrations fade].
