I require you to be able to communicate thru MSN, ICQ or Yahoo. Because its a simple sentence, i need an almost instant reply. (30 mins tops). i.e. i send you the text via MSN, you do the voice recording and send me back the .wav file. PCM 8khz 16bit mono format. Estimated time I will send you the text is around 8.30am - 12pm GMT. In case the voice talent is not around, I'm going to need 2 male voice over talents. Voice is for an IVR system. My budget is around US$5 per sentence so you're looking at something like $100 for the whole project. A sample sentence is this: something like that. It will be almost the same text every day.
I will pay instant via paypal. If its good then I will continue with you for at least one more year.
I don't need any background music but if you can send me a demo of that sample text in a wav file, it will be easier for me to select.
