As a completely isolated computing instance, a container is identical to a standalone server with its own processes, users, and applications. Like standalone servers, containers allow full administrative access.

Performance Container processes always run natively in the host operating system. There is no overhead related to emulating hardware traditionally associated with virtual machine technologies. As a result, ******************** is perfectly suitable for high I/O applications such as database or e-mail servers.
