Hello. This is Colin from the UK - sounds like you’ve got a great crowd there.

I wanted to share with you and the audience the great web experience I get from BT as a small business owner.

As a small business owner, I rely on BT to provide all my telecom services, from phone lines to Internet to even hosting my website.

Everything works smoothly, but occasionally, I have a question I need help with. I get calls from my customers all day long so I prefer to go online to get the help I need. Let me show you how it works.

I really like BT’s site. It’s easy to navigate. Right on the home page is a list of common questions. Last time I was looking for how to change my password, and the answer was right there.

If the answer isn’t listed, ‘Help’ is very easy to find. A lot of companies hide that information from their customers.

The list of problem categories makes it easy to figure out where to start. Listing the most popular answers is helpful and I like how they display service status right there and offer up chat.

Yesterday, I wanted to switch to getting my bills online and wasn’t sure how to do it. I clicked on the link and it told me exactly what I needed to do to sign up.

Sorted, passwords changed and online bills setup, but I have another question. The big green chat button is right there so I can get help right away.

Got to go, the chat is starting!
