Need a narrator for a 30 minute educational documentary about the rise and fall of the 1800s American Steamboat through the work of Mark Twain. The target audience for the piece is high school to early college aged students. The piece is cut in an MTV-style. Imagine if Ken Burns made a film for VH-1, that's what this piece feels like. Unfortunately, I do not have much of a budget and cannot afford much more than $150, but all offers will be considered. Something can always be worked out.
I'm looking for a male talent with an engaging voice - all ages will be considered, but younger sounding (20s, 30s) male adults are preferred. I would need a .WAV file, preferrably delivered by email.
Here is a sample of the script for audition:
Thanks for your time and if more information is needed please contact me via email. Thank you.

Script Details
YesN/A "It was 1892 and (name) had finally made it. He had survived stints as a printer in the eastern cities. He persevered through work as a journalist in Nevada and California. But now (name) was known as (name) – one of the world’s most celebrated and beloved personalities. Flushed with success as one of American’s greatest living writers and married into a family of wealthy eastern industrialists, he found himself the envy of nearly every American man. Yet from his gorgeous, freshly built new home in Hartford, Connecticut, (name) felt that something was missing. With all the riches and all the notoriety, there was a void that needed addressing – a void twenty three hundred miles long and a mile wide. (name) left home to rediscover his adolescence, and the river that became such an important part of it."
