We are looking for a female voice for a weekly television real estate show. We would like a mature sophisticated voice. The voice-overs would be delivered to us by e-mail(mp3) on a weekly basis. This would initially require 30 plus minutes of copy for a flat fee of $500. Then updates on a weekly basis for $350 a month. These updates would require 10-25 minutes of copy to be read each week. The copy would fluctuate based on the number of homes sold each week. This would be a long term ongoing project. Here is a sample of the opening copy for the show:
