I am looking for voice over talent as a host/hostest to promote real estate properties with web-based video media. I produce the video of property and merge in the audio voice over that will describe the property.
As host/hostest, there may at times be a desire to have property "introduced" by that talent too, thus talent must be able to offer this service too (e.g. "Hi I Jack/Jane and today we will be previewing .....). For the most part this would NOT be required, but I want the option of being able to offer since it will make certain presentations more personable being able to see a face too.
Knowledge of "Visual Communicator" a plus since this allow the creation of video in studio and "green screen" allows talent to appear as if "on location".
I have the "technical skills" and intend to host and have video categorized and searchable. This may mean I would do other non real estate video too at some later date and host separate website/service (e.g. "resturant reviews / commercials" or ANY other type video). Think of a "Video Business Directory" where one finds the business and then they can select the link to see it (e.g. Search for all the local steak houses, then be able to see a "video review").
I am basically looking for interested talent so I may flag you as "preferred talent" for further discussion. This is something that likely start with a low volume and as it catches on, the need with grow.
For my real estate needs, I need to have a turn-around time UNDER 2 business days. I provide the scriopt and get back the audio ASAP since entry into MLS triggers buyer alert/emails, and I need at entry time(and my own time to complete/upload thus really needs 1-day turnaround).
