We need samples ASAP!
The project is a 15-20 min training video being made for the US Department of Energy. The VO script will run approximately 8-10 min.
Adult male talent with no foreign accent. Non-union is okay.
The budget is $600. Payment is net 45 upon completion of job.
This will need to be recorded in your own studio and delivered as an uncompressed wav audio format.
We can provide an FTP server to upload the files to if needed. Otherwise your own ftp server will be fine.
The VO will serve as the narrator in the video. The client would like it to sound official and confident. Not too stern though, keep a hint of friendliness in the voice. It should sound stand-offish. Thanks!

“Before individuals can be considered for HRP certification, they must complete and submit the QNSP Part 2 and other releases, acknowledgements, and waivers. These forms are supplied by the DOE. The supervisory review is the next step, during which the supervisor checks to make sure an employee has submitted all the required documents. The supervisor must also perform an employee reliability evaluation and note any safety or security concerns. Cause for concern is based on a list of behaviors and conditions. If a concern is identified, the supervisor must note it, and the employee may be temporarily removed from HRP duties until the issue is resolved. The supervisory review is conducted for initial certification and again each year for recertification.”
