They are delivered via telephone and for the most part are very generic. I require the same voice to initially record the whole greeting, then whenever we sign on a new account, record the account specific introduction (Hello, this is Dr. Smith's office). The main difficulty I have had thus far is the session fees.
The generic portion of the script would require a speech, and then these words as seperate .wav files: Afternoon
