To find the check number you want to research, use the payment sub tab which shows all payments made to a patient account. In this case, you are looking for check number 1234.
To access the EOB system, simply click on the EOB button. Since accounts in the EOB system are filed by check number, you will pull up the account EOB1234. This page is displayed in single-page mode, however, documents can be displayed in multi-page mode in these systems as well.
Similar to working with a patient chart, EOB records can be printed, faxed or e-mailed as well. To print all documents for a given tab, highlight the tab you want to print and use the menu choice File, print, or the print icon on the toolbar.
To print a select few documents, you will first view them in multi-page mode and then right click on them to select. When documents have been selected and a user presses the print button, only those selected documents will print.
